隔离墩模具使用螺丝固定在一起的，首先将隔离墩模具组合好，保证隔离墩模具四周没有缝隙，以免漏浆，然后用喷枪在隔离墩内模喷一层机油或是脱模剂，以免混凝土粘模，然后将配比好的混凝土灌入隔离墩模具，加以振动，让模具内的混凝土没有缝隙，这样制作的隔离墩表面光滑，振动完成之后，将隔离墩模具放在阴凉干燥的地方自然晾干，混凝土初期凝固即可脱模。隔离墩模具在使用完之后要进行清理，以免螺丝生锈。
